How long do I wait to get the default hearing for my divorce case if my spouse filed the entry of appearance waiver and then failed to respond to me for a period of time?

60 days from the date the waiver goes through.

? If the spouse did not file an answer, Your case is pending in either McHenry or Kane County. Each district has different local practices. you are entitled to seek a default for want of an answer 30 days after service. When you do so, the court will probably give your spouse time to file an answer. But make the motion now to get the case moving
