How long do I have to wait for my exwife to get her things out of my house? I have verbally requested and she keeps putting it off.

The judgment should have said something. If it didn't a misteak. I would not throw anything out without a court order. Send her a certified letter telling her you want the stuff out within 14 days. When she refuses, then make the intellectual decision of whether you simply want to put the things in the trash and risk her suing you, or file a motion with the divorce court asking for an order allowing you to throw out the stuff and giver her notice of that motion.

Pack the stuff up and have it delivered to her. No more fighting, no court costs, and no risk of suit.
