Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am losing MY CHILDREN
My children were taken to Africa by their dad. I signed the passport after being told it was for a visit . Of course he did not bring them back to me. After approxiamately four year after they left, due to passprt resons he brought them home to the US without informing me. When I was informed that they were here by a friend not only did he deny it. He introduced another women to them as their mother. After they found out the truth, (I finally got a chance to talk with them) they were confused and being told that I was a bad person. They are being terrorized, threatened, and brain washed against me and not being allowed to vist at will. I have made plans for visits, dad destroys them even though and he know how I have to struggle financally to see and bring them from Georgia to Chicago to be with us. He has them terrified of wanting to spend any time with me. He also makes it very difficult for us to have any type of contact via computers or otherwise. If I mail them a gift he throws it in the garage and so on. What can I Do? I still hold legal custody of my children and that time is running out. How long can he physicall have them in his custody before he is considered the full legal and only custodial parent?

Since you have custody, call the police and report them kidnapped. Your husband has no right to take the children the way he did.
