Low cost divorce?
If there is such a thing!
My wife and I want a divorce. All I want is for her to split our large debt items. Kids loan, house loan.. things acquired while married. She wants spouse support. What is the approx cost to accomplish this?

Low cost divorce means low quality work. You pay for quality. There's an old saying..."You get what you pay for." When you pay little, you get little. It is probably generally true throughout the state that divorces are charged by the hour. The average is about $200.00, per hour. Many lawyers charge more and many charge less. Usually the lawyer requires 20 hours up front. That's $4000.00, at $200.00/hour.
