Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Maintenance Payback

My Ex-wife receives maintenance from me. Under our decree, she is to receive this for three years. One of the contingents is her making $30,000.00 or more. My questions are; First, If she has made 30,000 when should I go to the courts to discover this? Or how do I discover this?

Secondly, How do I ask the courts for this ''discover''?

Thirdly, Do I need a lawyer for this?

Finally, Will she have to pay back the last years payments I made to her?

Thank You,

Dave
