Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If a man and woman are separated and getting ready to file for divorce can the woman have the mans girlfriend arrested for trespassing? The woman is no longer living in the home but her name is the only name on the mortgage.

Not if H is living there and consenting to her being there. It would be false arrest.
