Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Marraige

Im a US citizen and by boyfriend is an illegal immigrant here. He does have a social security number though. We want to marry ASAP. I also want to get him working papers but I want to know if there would be a problem since he does have a SSN and they will notice that he has been working illegally would they deport him or will there be other consequenses.
