Hello and Happy New Year. In a proceeding for an annulment you will have to prove to the court that there were circumstances/facts that you were unaware of at the time of the marriage and that you would not have married your partner had you known of these facts/circumstances. An annulment proceeding must be filed very soon after the marriage. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
