Question:

Is a marriage license the only paper needed to have a marriage, does it have to be filed in every state or city

to be valid in every city in the U.S., are U.S. marriages valid international, can a person be married to more than

one person using different state marriage licenses, are

there additions to a marriage contract to allow disallow

lovemaking or intimacy?

does it have to be filed in every state or city to be valid in every city in the U.S. - no.

are U.S. marriages valid international - yes.

can a person be married to more than one person using different state marriage licenses - no, this is a crime, bigamy.

are there additions to a marriage contract to allow disallow lovemaking or intimacy - part of being married is having intimacy and lovemaking, these can be grounds for divorce.
