what are the marriage requirements for a male US.Citizen and a female El Salvaldor Citizen and how long does it take in El Salvador?

An Illinois lawyer would have no idea about marriage requirements in El Salvador. Immigration issues should be dealt with in a different forum. I do not believe citizenship is an issue for marriage requiremnts in Illinois.
