Marriage Seperation

I wanted to know what I would need to file for a legal seperation. I live in LaSalle Co, IL. There are children, but are mine from a previous marriage. We have had no children together.

A legal seperation is just like a divorce, same money, same frustration, without the benefits. I strongly caution you to think twice about getting a legal seperation. I have never found a couple that it fits for. If your nervous about telling her the truth about wanting a divorce, just bite the bullet.
