Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have been married since August of 2007, but I have been seperated & we have not been living together since October of 2009. My Husband is not willing to give me a divorse. We dont have any property or kids together. I would like to know what steps can I take to get a Divorse if he's planning on contesting it?

If he moved out you can get a divorce on the grounds of separation. If you want a no fault divorce you have to be "separate and apart" for 2 years. He does not give you a divorce. A court does. If 7you have grounds he can not stop the divorce
