If you married in another contry and you come to live in united states y you want to divorce is necesary to do it if you at not married in usa ?

As long as the marriage was legal where is was performed, if you reside in the USA, you can get divorced here. Whether that divorce will be recognized in the country where you were married is a different question. Every country has different rules.
