Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was married in 2007 and my husband moved out Jan 1 2011. We decided we needed to seperate. We haven't lived together since Jan 1, 2011, and we have to decided to file for divorce. We have no house or any colateral together. Just a few debts, however, I'm not 100% sure what debts we have together. Whats the best way for me to go about filing for a divorce? My husband isn't very coroperative at this point but I want to file for this divorce.

Go to your county court house and file in person. If there's isn't anything to fight over, you won't need us. Some counties have forms, others require you draft from scratch, so check with your court clerk first.
