Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

When I got married I took my husbands last name. How can I take back my last name hyphenated then add his last name. Like first name, initial, my last-his last?

There are statutory mechanisms for changing your name. It is a bit too complicated to explain over a message board such as this. Your best bet would be to contact an attorney in your area to assist you.
