Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If married in Illinois do we both have to have the same home address? Right now I have a license in Indiana?

Wherever you live is your home address. If you intend to be a permanent Illinois resident, you will need to go to the Secretary of State to get an Illinois license.

You do not need to have the same address. It does not effect the validity of the marriage. If you live ion Indiana, then you can maintain your Indiana license. However if you live in Illinois, you must get an Illinois license
