Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was married in Mexio, I'm not sure if it legal, but if it is I want to get a divorce.

And your question is... If you believe you were married, then seek a divorce. Unless your spouse contests the validity of the marriage, you will not need to prove that oyu were married other than your testimony.
