i am married, and recently had a baby. My huband and I have been seperated since the night I told him I was pregnant, he kicked me out. I talked to him a few times after that, mainly for him to verbally abuse me and to ask me to get an abortion. I had an order of protection which heviolated and went to jail for a few months for. I do not where he is, if he shows up randomly does he have an rights even though he hasnt been there? Can I have rights terminated seeing i dont know where he is?

No, I do not think you have right the to terminate seeing him simply because you do know where he is. you can possible inquiry about him since you have details about him that can help to find him. The instruction from him of asking you to abort the baby is not a good one.., that is a complete murderer both in the court of law and biblically, even , though that you are not legally married.
