If my husband and I stay married but live in separate households can we still put in for temporary/permanent child support?

Re: married but separated
Hello. In my opinion you and your
husband seem to be functioning as if you are legally separated. Yes, child
support can be petitioned for, however
based upon the circumstances that you
described it might be best to formally
file a Petition For Legal Separation.
Will be happy to discuss this further
and in more detail.
