There is a presumption that the husband is the father. However, any person involved (you, the husband, the biological father) can ask for a DNA test. If the DNA test comes back that your husband is not the father, the biological father will be declared the legal father (normally). There are exceptions, caveats, and many other issues in cases like this, depending on what you actually wanting to happen.
