If you have been married over 10 years and your husband is 2 credits away from getting his mba can you file for future potenial earnings, also can you file for social security and his pension fund to be disbursed.

If you are married for 10 years or more , you will be deemed his spouse forever ( do not lose his ss no.) unless you remarry. The length of your marriage has nothing to do with your being entitled to a portion of his pension. As to being entitled to future earnings, that is an issue of whether you are entitled to maintenance formerly known as alimony.or to a greater portion than 50% of the current property
