Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
What does this mean??
Matters agreed above are entered without prejudice to recipients verification that petitioner was involuntarily terminated from her last employment. Petitioner to cooperate with the (not sure of word) creation and issuance of a subpoena regarding same.

"without prejudice" means that it is possible that the judge will look at it again later. "with prejudice" means go away, don't let the door hit you on the way our and don't darken my door on this matter again. Ever.
It means that the judge has ruled one way but if the recipients can get evidence that the termination was involuntary they can petition again. The petitioner is not to block or object to the creation of a subpoena (court order) to get the information. Also, if they are in a position to assist in the matter they are to do so.
I wish that more of the order had been reproduced because context is important.
(See how "legalese" shortens things?)
