What does this mean....The issue of a party's contribution toward post-high school educational expenses is expressly reserved

It means that when your child starts college/trade school that one of the parents will have to file a Petition for Contribution with the same court that heard the divorce and the court will then decide how much each parent should contribute to the post-high school college expenses.
