Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am in the military and have been seperated from my wife for over a year now. I recently found a picture on Facebook of her appearing to be 6-8 months pregnant. She is using my military health benefets for pregnancy related issues. Is this proof enough to file divorce under adultery?

You don't need to prove anything to get a divorce in Illinois. Just say you want a divorce. Keep it simple.
