i am in the military and currently and my spouse won't sign the divorce paper's what's my next step?

You do not need your spouse's signature to get a divorce. She needs to be served with summons. If she fails to file an appearance and the court has jurisdiction, you can get a divorce. While her signing the papers might make it quicker, her signature is not needed.
