Minor living with adult

i want 2 know what if anything can be done to me if my 15yr old friend moves in with me? can i b prosecuted? can she get into trouble? right now she lives in tx i live in il. i'm 37 we do have a romantic involvement but havent had sex and will not until we know the laws about this! we have been involved for 6 months but her father is threatening her with a boarding school if she continues to be involved! i wud appreciate any advice or laws about this situation! she would be living with me. she is gonna continue her education by either enrolling in school or getting her ged and then enrolling in college. thank for everything you can offer!

It is my opinion that if you do this, you will be in violation of not only Illinois law, but federal law as well. The child is 15. You are an adult. Do you want to spend the next several years in prison?
