Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

can minor move out on their own if parents permission is on a paper stating that they can, and by doing so, once they have moved out, if the parent is receiving child support for that child, do they have the right to receive if they said that the child can move out and the event has taken place?

You're a minor but how old are you because it makes a huge difference? Your parent(s) have a legal obligation to support you and if you are living with the parent receiving child support the support is for YOU, not the parent. You need to see a counselor and/or an attorney immediately, explain all the facts, and then help decide what to do.
