In a modification of custody case...
Can a Plantiff obtain actual e-mails and or applications of employment from the Respondents previous employers without authorization or supena or any records as such? And can a pschycologist hired by the Plantiff make a diagnosis or change a report for the court on the Respondent w/o treatment after but only on the reports of the Plantiff ? How can I force Plantiff to sign release for info on past counseling etc if I am Pro Se? Help I am desperate!

The answer is it's subject to discovery rules and no subpoena is needed. I can't comment on the second question. You can't force people to do anything, really.
