Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Money was awarded in a divorce settlement outlining a payment plan. The debtor did not pay it so a Judgment for a property lien was granted. Is this unpaid money an asset if not received by the awardee?

Yes, it is an asset. It may mot be worth whst is owed, but it is an asset.
