can my child support be garnished or is it exempt ?

It depends on who the creditor is, but generally the answer is no.

directly no. However, if you deposit it into a personal bank account, they can attach the bank account. You need to open a separate account as custodian for your children. Check wiht your bank to determine the best way to do this.
