money received while filed/divorce

my spouse received a large work bonuse 2months after we were already in divorce precedings and spent half, and kept half. don't i have any rights to the half? it was not reported to my attorney or court,it was hidden and found out 2 months later. i had to claim everything,,, what are my rights?
