money in safe deposit box

If my husband files for a divorce can he get a court order to check all the banks in IL to see if I have a safe deposit box, do I have to put any monies in a deposit box in another state?

Hello. My answer is yes. Property acquired

during the marriage is marital property and

my be divided between you and your husband by

the Court. Moving property out of the state

is improper, after the divorce is filed. I will
