mortgage buyout

Husband gone looney on me. Has ruined my credit rating and hasn't worked in a year. Can I do a mortgage buyout? And, if so, how can I refinance when my credit rating is low? If I get a co-signer, can it be stipulated that the co-signer gets only a particular percentage when the house sells? Thank you.

Wow...you need to talk to an attorney right away. Is your husband going to transfer the property to you? Is he going to move out?

generally a co-signer gets an undivided interest, bt thats not always true
