Mortgage Partition

Is it possible to partition a mortgage that is in my and my husband's name? I wish to take possession of the title and give him a buyout amount. Thank you.

partition is a special legal procedure.

between husband and wife, there might be problems due to evidence considerations.

however, you can do a partition
