Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
mother filed a petition to the court to relocate 3 children to indiana, so she could go back to school. she mailed fathers notice to incorrect address knowingly. after move she has denied visitation on several occasions. can dad make her move back, (she is almost 3 hours away) since she is not in school and hasnt been for the year she is down there? she has told my gf she was going to make it harder and harder to see children in hopes he would "give up trying"

If it can be proven that she knowingly did not give proper notice and obtains the court's approval, the order may be attacked. However, when she moved what did dad do. If he sat there and did nothing, a court might not do anything, as his motion would not be presented in a timely manner.
