Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Okay. So my mother has told me that im a horrible daughter & the last time we got into an argument she told me she was done with me & to never come back. My aunt came & picked me up for my safety. My mother than gave me the option to stay with my aunt & grandmother in Davenport Iowa or go back home with my friends & live with my mother in Moline Illinois. I chose to stay in davenport so theyre wouldnt be any issues, & she changed her mind & said I must go back. She told me that this saturday she will come & pick me up & if i struggled with her about it i would get thrown in the car. She also said that the cops couldnt do a thing because i am her daughter. I dont really want too go home because i feel that my safety is risked. & when she gets mad her anger results in screaming & yelling towards me, I dont want to go back home to that, its too hard to take. And last year my grades started slipping because of it. I am of the age of fifteen years old, sixteen in november. What are my choices?

Ask for someone to seek guardianship of you. If no one is interested, you must return. You do not sound like you are a candidate for emancipation. Where is your Dad in all this?
