Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If my ex is moving and we have joint custody of the 3 kids this affect my parenting time in the week days now, she did not said a word to me regarding switching the schools as well, in the parenting agreement I have a waiver where said I can file for living custody if she move from the village where she lives but I want to stop the school registration I want to go to the court house and file this, to stop her from removing the kids from school but I don`t know what documents I have to file,(I want to do this quick while am looking for a lawyer time is running out) does anybody know the answer
