It seems to me that you need to file a lawsuit for a Declaration of Paternity so that you can be named the legal father of this child by a court with proper jurisdiction. The Judgment determining you to be the legal father will also give you certain, court enforceable rights concerning your child. Please consult with an attorney without delay.

Yes, you can file an emergency injunction and ask the court to stop her from moving pending a hearing.

You need to get custody and visitation formalized with the Courts. Since you were not married to the mother, you may have to file a paternity action getting the Court to recognize you as the father. But you can certainly prevent the girls mother from forcing you to follow her around the country.

Please feel free to give us a call if we can be of any help.
