moving out of state

i want to move out of state with my five month old. the father does not pay child support do i have the right to move out of state?

Re: moving out of state

If there is no court order naming dad as the

dad, you can move out of the state. But if a

case is pending as to the issue of paternity,

stay where you are. Otherwise, you are free to
