well me n my girlfriend have to kids n i wanna go for full custody cause dcfs is taking her to court n shes nt a good mother

Too late, DCFS has primacy in this matter. Unless the DCFS case or subsequent appeal is overturned, it is out of your hands unless they voluntarily include you.
