Hi my nane is Lanora an my question is can i get my daughter back after my rights had been revoked and she has been adopited. My rights was revoked because i use to use crack cocain i have been clean and sober now for over 9 months. My rights was revoked in october of 2006 my daughter was adopited in june of 2007 i was living in Berrien county Michigan the adopition was out of cass county Michgan i know that i was told they was suppose to wait a year after they found a family to allow them to adopited Shella and to have Shella go through counseling to adjust to the family and allow visitations for them at first but they didnt do that and now the family that adopited her is abusing her and she has been raped by her adopited brother. Shella will be 14 and she wants to be with me so please tell me if this is possiable.
