Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi, I am a naturalized American with parents still living in Taiwan. Due to estate tax reasons my parents have started putting assets under my name. I am wondering if I got married here then divorced will my american husband have rights to my foreign assets? Regarding real estate, cash etc. Thanx much.

Gifts from your parent are non-marital property as long as you keep them in your own name and DO NOT PUT your spouse's name on them.
