Can NCP be held in contempt for trying to enroll child in a school that is over 45 miles from my home when I have sole custody?

If you have sole custody, the NCP, in theory, has no right to enroll the child. There may be a provision in your judgment that gives the NCP some rights with regard to educational issues. Read it carefully.
