my neice's molestion case

My neice was molested in Kansas and in Il. her mother found out but still put her in harms way. the states attorney in Ks seems to have droped that case or it disappeared the attorney in Il took my statement and recieved a letter. she toook our payment and it seems like this case was pushed under the rug inSpring field. How can we get her case heard and get a different Judge?

You cannot hire someone to prosecute a criminal case, so I think you are mistaken. In fact, you cannot determine the process for a criminal case (i.e. changing judges). In a civil case, you can sue the perpetrator for monitary damages. I am not sure from your question what is happening though.
