Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My neighbor is 33 and has a 1 year old daughter. He and the mother did the co-parenting thing pretty well with the daughter staying overnight. That stopped when the mother found out that the baby was with the fathers parents every weekend while his lady friend spent all weekend with him. When he's granted visitation can it be revoked if this continues? He meets random women on hook-up sites and lives a very promiscuous lifestyle

Why is any of this your business? Dad has a right to do whatever he wants with the child is with him as long as he has court ordered visitation including leaving the child with a responsible babysitter which I assume that his parents are. Why do you care who or how he "hooks up" and who are you to judge his lifestyle? My advice to you isd that you mind your own business,.
