If non custodial is reviving disability and child is also getting a check from non custodial disability, will child support case be closed or can it be put back on reserve?

A child support case is never over until the child reaches 19, unless there is an arrearage, I have no idea what you mean by "reserve" but if circumstances change during that time period, a support case can be restarted.
