Non payment of child support!

My childs father has stopped paying childs support and now wants to reduce it because hes in legal problems for being a sex offender and lost his job should he be allowed to reduce it on these terms.

If he has no income, he probably cannot pay. The Court may give him temporary relief from paying until he gets a new job.
