Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How can I obtain a ''Forcible Divorce''

I have been going through a divorce for a year and a half now. My divorce was to be finalized yesterday, but my ex would not sign the settlement because my attorney would not give him the name and phone number of my boyfriend (who lives out of state an hour away). I have 3 police reports filed against my ex for phone harassment and threatening harm to my boyfriend. He wasted my time, my attorneys time and his attorneys time yesterday. The matter has been continued for the 8th time now and I need to know if he will not agree to the settlement can I obtain a divorce without his signature instead of this dragging on? Thank you for your help in this matter!!

Your attorney should be able to answer your question and if not, then you need a new one.
