Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How do I obtain help in Illinois with visitation with myself and my parents with

My brothers divorce was granted in Illinois by his ex-wife. He has no visitation whatsoever. Yet he pays child support. He does not have alot of money, but would like at least visitation with his child. Also my parents ( the childs grandparents) would like visitation. How does one go about getting visitation?? He resides in Wisconsin.

You can hire an Illinos attorney in her area to go into Court for grandparents visitation. However, I must warn you the U.S. Supreme Court is currently taking the constitutionality of this under advisement. If your brother wasn't violent there is no reason he should be without visitation.
