what can you do when the opposing attorney won't comply with a motion for discovery then a motion to compel?
now Subpeona's sent to others for information are not being answered either. now what ??

you have to compel. Get ready though, if you are pro se and the other side is represented, you had better have all your ducks in a row. If you missed some local court rule, the judge will be upset with you for wasting everyones time.

If you have already presented your Motion to Compel and the court has entered an order compelling discovery, and the other party still has not complied, you could ask for sanctions. I suggest you review Illinois Supreme Court Rules 201, et. seq.. You may also consider hiring counsel to help you with this matter.
